For all inquiries — customer support, account issues, legal notices, and refund or chargeback questions — please email contact@aetherpot.io. We aim to respond within five (5) business days. Time-sensitive payment disputes are prioritised.

3. Service Restrictions

The Service is not available to, and may not be accessed by, persons who are residents of, or physically located in, the following jurisdictions:

  • Japan
  • Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or comparable bodies
  • Any jurisdiction where the offering or use of NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or peer-to-peer digital asset marketplaces is prohibited by local law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any restricted jurisdiction. Orrex OÜ reserves the right to block access from any IP address it reasonably believes originates from a restricted jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, code, and design elements not uploaded by users are the property of Orrex OÜ or its licensors. User-uploaded NFT artwork remains the property of the respective creator; by listing artwork on the Service, the creator grants Orrex OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Harju County, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's habitual residence where applicable.
